Dr. Scott graduated from New York Chiropractic College with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2008 and a B.A. from SUNY Geneseo in 2004 with a degree in Anthropology/Pre-Med. In addition to his required course load at New York Chiropractic College, Dr. Scott continued his development by taking classes in Flexion Distraction, Graston Technique, Sacro Occipital Technique, Myofascial Release Technique, Active/Passive Care, Postural Assessment, Ergonomics, Tunnel Syndromes, Pharmacology, Ethics & Law, and Patient Communication. To further his development, Dr. Scott also completed course work in Elite Sports Science, which focused on performance enhancement, restoration and regeneration training at the Lake Placid Olympic Training Center, and Whiplash/Brain Traumatology given by Dr. Arthur Croft. While at New York Chiropractic College he was a member of the Graston Technique, Myofascial Release Technique and Ergonomics & Occupational Health Clubs. Professional presentations at New York Chiropractic College included Gait Imbalances and the Closed Kinetic Chain, Over-training Syndrome, Glycemic Index, Plantar Fasciitis, Hallux Rigidus, and Sports Psychology.

Dr. Scott was a member of the American Chiropractic Association and New York Chiropractic Council. He had the honor to serve as Vice President of the Student Association of Black Chiropractors. Dr. Scott also had the opportunity to volunteer his care at Salvation Army locations in and around Buffalo, NY, by providing chiropractic care, nutritional and activities of daily living counseling to underprivileged and senior citizens with a variety of health and neuromusculoskeletal conditions to improve quality of life. As a member of the Sports Club at New York Chiropractic College, he had the opportunity and privilege to treat elite athletes from around the world utilizing chiropractic care at numerous off-campus, supervised sporting events in New York.

Dr. Scott has a love and appreciation for all sports, especially soccer, football and skiing. He had the distinct honor of playing on the New York State Olympic Development Soccer Team, Snickers National Indoor Championship Team, and Lancaster/Syracuse/Rochester Rhinos Jr. Team. While in pursuit of his undergraduate degree, he played on the varsity team as a striker/right wing mid-fielder. Honors included NCAA All-Academic Team and an invitation to the NCAA Leadership Conference. While at Geneseo, he received Alpha Phi Alpha Academic Honors and Black & Latino Student Leaders of America recognition.

Dr. Scott is licensed by the Maryland Board of Chiropractic and the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to practice chiropractic care with physical therapy privileges. He is also a CPR and Emergency Cardiac Care Provider (Adult, Child, Infant), certified by the American Heart Association. He has also taken courses in Kinesio taping (KT1 & KT2).

Dr. Scott is committed to the highest quality of patient care and takes immense pride in his work.
