Dr. Zach VahldickDr. Vahldick graduated from University of Central Missouri with his Bachelor’s Degree in 2004. While at Central, Dr. Vahldick competed in Division II collegiate wrestling. Dr. Vahldick attended Logan University, where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2008.

During his time at Logan, and with Sport and Spine Rehab, Dr. Vahldick has had opportunities to work with athletes of all levels and backgrounds, and he has further studied the biomechanics of sport and injuries. While at Logan, Dr. Vahldick did his senior literature review on the conservative management of Temporal Mandibular joint dysfunction. He has had further post-graduate training in the diagnosis and treatment of TMJ pain and its relation to the rest of the body.

Dr. Vahldick focuses his care on the rehabilitation of extremity and spine pain using the latest diagnostic, rehabilitation and treatment protocols; looking at function of the motor system as a whole, training movement patterns, and not muscles.

Dr. Vahldick has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA – CSCS) since 2008 and has a passion for Kettlebell strength and conditioning.

Dr. Vahldick is licensed to practice chiropractic with physical therapy privileges in the state of Maryland by the Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, in the Commonwealth of Virginia by the Department of Health Professions, and in the District of Columbia by the Department of Health.

Dr. Vahldick enjoys playing golf, guitar and drums any chance he gets.
