Education

Dr. Huffman received a B.S. from Excelsior College in Albany, NY. He then earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, NY.

Career

In 1980, Dr. Huffman joined the United States Air Force as a corpsman, at which time he was assigned to the obstetrics unit at Yokota Air Base in Tokyo, Japan. Dr. Huffman later transferred to the Emergency Department at the 655th Tactical Hospital, where he served as a Combat Medical Specialist.

Dr. Huffman’s military service also included assignments as a Medical Instructor in Germany and at Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, TX.

After leaving the military, Dr. Huffman continued working as an Emergency Medical Technician until he entered the New York Chiropractic College in 1995.

Today, we are very proud to say that Dr. Huffman is the clinical director at the Sport and Spine Rehab in Landover, MD. And in addition to seeing patients at his Landover office, Dr. Huffman has also served as the Team Chiropractor for the Maryland Mustangs basketball team and the Washington Redskins Cheerleaders.

Personal Life

Dr. Huffman is a local product, having been born in Takoma Park, MD. Today, he resides near Annapolis, MD, is married and has a daughter. In his spare time, Dr. Huffman enjoys outdoor activities and traveling with his family.
